Creamed Spinach and Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 kg Creamed Spinach
  • 1 kg Cauliflower Rice
  • 125 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese Flakes
  • 50 g Walnut Halves
  • 1 Red Onion peeled and thinly sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to season as required

Combine the Creamed Spinach and Ricotta Cheese in a pan over a medium heat. Once heated through add the Parmesan and check the seasoning, adjust if required. To serve arrange the sliced onions on the serving platter , spoon the Spinach mixture on top and garnish with the Walnuts. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through before serving
