Spicy wrap with vegetable mix and salami
Ingredients
- 500g Fit mix
- 100g salami
- 75g cashew nuts
- 15ml olive oil
- 15ml calamondin vinegar
- 10g rosemary
- 15 Tortilla wraps (18cm)
- 100g grated gruyere cheese
- 100g cream cheese

Preparation
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the Fit mix.
Let the vegetables fry until they are defrosted.
Then add the salami and rosemary.
Deglaze with vinegar and add the nuts.
Put the mixture in the middle of a tortilla and sprinkle with gruyere cheese.
Fold the tortilla up and secure with a cocktail stick.
Place the wrap in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese has melted.
Tip: serve with a touch of cream cheese.
